TRX Suspension Training is a full-body workout that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at once.  This low-impact, scalable workout is ideal for all fitness levels.  The Plus portion of this class brings about some moves using kettlebells, dumbbells, or other fitness equipment to help challenge you while having fun and building strength.
